Refund policy
Items that are unworn, unwashed, & in the original condition that they were received in (tags & boxes included) may be exchanged within 7 days of pickup/delivery for in-stock boutique items only. Paid merchandise that is not picked up within two weeks will no longer be available for exchange, due to merchandise turning over quickly.
For shipped exchange items, customer pays return shipping costs and shipping costs are non-refundable. Boss Mom Coffee is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged.
Clearance & sale items (items like grab bags, special pricing,, discounted items, warehouse orders etc…) are final sale and cannot be returned.
